Half the IPL over and Lalit Modi Smiles!

Now,that over half the IPL is over and revenue results clear Lalit Modi is busy smiling Rajasthan Royals win every match. Mr.Shahrukh Khan too has made his way out quite discreetly and sources say he will only appear after 3-4 more matches of KKR! Thus,we can say that IPL has made it's expense recovery uptil now and only profits are remaining to be explored now.
Actually IPL made a nice business proposal for these guys as the profit-cost ratio is quite astonishing. Imagine a chitfund wherein you cash in your expenses in 60 days wioth 100% profits, IPL is such a situation.I strongly believe that betting should be made legal in India as currently IPL is nothing but betting of the rich! News was there a few days back that Mallya sacked CEO of Royal Challengers and was furious over their run over series this shows us what actually IPL was for business houses. Personally, I still believe IPL would have been much better without the HUGE money flow that it saw. The money flow only increased competition amongst houses and not the teams it seems now. However recent spat and slap incident between Indian team-mates was shocking I still believe that it was a great stunt pulled off for publicity by the BCCI.
